Why should you be unbanned? I got banned for leaving after around 10-20 minutes from killing a cop who had been chasing me down in his car as I had been speeding, running red lights, and evading him for a while at that point.  I had ditched my car, and taken my clothing off and hid my shotgun in my ATM to take back out when I saw him.  As I thought the coast was clear, I ran back to my car, got in, and drove a bit before seeing the guy and saying(In RP) that it was my friend's car, he told me to call him or ask if he could come down here, so I walked to my ATM, and grabbed a phone, and my shotgun from it.  I then faked calling someone and faked a conversation, before someone came over and ran him over with a car, where i took the chance to shoot and kill the cop to make sure he stayed off my tail.  After this I drove around for another 10-20 minutes before getting off the server, to do other things off of gmod, not knowing that he had called a sit and I got banned for RDM and LTAP until a few hours later when I got on to hang out with friends on the server.

Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I'd be fine with a reduced ban time if a straight unban is not available

Ban was reasonable
So first, from the video, it looks like Frank is attempting to have an RP conversation with Fisher while he's running to the ATM Fisher then quickly equips a gun then frank pulls his gun out and puts his gun on safety. Fisher then stands still for a bit to have a "fake conversation with a friend" frank goes to check the car registration to see if it's stolen because he received a BOLO for a stolen red what looks like to be a Citroen. Then when he turns to the end of the car he gets rammed and knocked unconscious then shot in the head on the floor by fisher.

You cant run to an ATM  while a cop is trying to roleplay and talk to you and you also had previous offenses of RDM and failrp in the past. Which were recent. And to me, it seems like you called your friend to ram into the cop knocking him unconscious and then killing him.

Not to mention you also left 6 minutes later when I was just about to pull you into a sit to discuss this. You also appear to have a cop killer counter in your description which seems to me is an aspect of just strictly killing cops for no reason.

While I understand why you did what you did, continuing to drive around in a stolen car or while a BOLO is out after evading arrest can be seen possibly as baiting. However ignoring that we do acknowledge the rule in regards to when you can kill a cop in a traffic stop pertains to when they will find / charge you with a felony. At that time the cop was only checking plates and you probably could have done nothing while he was hit by the car and slipped away quietly, killing him was not needed.

In the future if the cop begins to place you under DETAINMENT (Attempts to restrain you or tells you you are being detained) and detainment/arrest would lead to a felony charge THEN you may open fire.
