What is your motivation/reason for applying?:
My main reason for applying is that when i’m active the most there is barely staff online since my timezone is PHT which is 13 hours ahead of EST. I just want to help out with the community since I have a lot of fun with this community and have been spending a lot of time in it. Would also like to add that i would want to help new players enjoy the server the right way, and also help out the old players have their tickets get taken care of and would like to meet more people outside RP like the staff team I already have a couple of friends in the staff team and that concludes my reason for applying hopefully I get accepted.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:
I feel like I should be considered over other candidates because I have enough time to dedicate for the community. I am also very fair and unbiased when it comes to dealing with people. I listen to both sides and do the very best I can to come up with a reasonable decision. Another big thing that can set me off others is my timezone I’m mostly on when there is barely any staff on and I have friends in EU and AU that play with me during those times. Another thing would be when it comes to punishments and the relationships I have with people I wouldn’t let any RP or ooc scenarios get in the way of giving the proper punishment and would treat everyone equally. I would take staffing seriously and accept the responsibility as staff.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:
I’m pretty confident with me having a good reputation with the community but not entirely sure on me being well known all throughout. But I can say this, that people who do know me I know that they have good things to say about me for i’m a very outgoing person and easy to talk to, I’m also hardworking and dedicated when it comes to things I certain tasks I want to complete. Another factor would be me having a high rank in my faction and every person who had a conflict or has done something wrong within or outside the faction i’ve always been keen to listen to what both parties have to say and have given proper punishments or have helped both sides to find a conclusion wherein both can agree on, and is all within RP. But i can’t please everyone i’ve probably done something to someone but i’m a 100% sure that it’s all within RP, but besides that anyone you ask that knows me can vouch that I’m fair, a good person, very outgoing, and easy to talk to. And have helped them in many scenarios.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
It depends on the situation if I was the one in the in it I would make a ticket and let another staff take the ticket. But if not I would get on-duty on my staff character and take the ticket and take the person somewhere safe and listen to what they have to say about the situation. After they have told me about the situation and I have confirmed that they were killed I would then ask for any clips or some sort of evidence to provide and would go into the logs to find the person who killed them. After finding the said person I would bring them to me and start asking why he killed the person and ask them for evidence or proof that indicates them killing the said person within RP and is justifiable. I’ll then look at their past records and then go from there. After giving the party the punishment I would return both of them if possible and have them continue with their day and RP.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
I would start collecting evidence and make sure to report it to staff that’s in a higher rank and as I’m collecting evidence and keeping a close eye on him I would remind him that whatever he/she is doing ain’t right and he/she should know better. Staff has a higher responsibility and knows the rules we’re trying to implement in the community. But if he continues to do so I would inform the UA to keep a close eye on him.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:
If ever that happens I would tell him that even though we’re friends I can’t just disregard rules for that certain friend he should be able to understand that I have responsibilities i have to uphold and if he doesn’t understand or respect that then that just goes to show that there’s no friendship that’s going to be affected in the first place. But before I tell him all that I’ll still be giving him the proper punishment as I would for any other player.
