Reason for PK: Shot by cop 

Why should you be unPK'd?: I understand the reasoning I was PK'd, however, I believe that it was unrightful due to the rule stated

(Using OOC terms over Mic, (Such as yelling "thats a pk, thats a pk!" After killing someone) may void the PK entirely. Remain in character at all times.). The clip I will provide is of an officer who states after my demise, quoted "That's a PK, That's a PK." and immedietly afterwards realizes what he has said and plays it off like he wasn't saying anything.

Hi Este Perro, per the PK appeal rules:

You must appeal within one week of your character being PK'd, appeals posted after this time will be automatically denied.

Not only that but;

The official reason of your PK in our PK logs is (Dons Orders: 'Insubordination to the faction')

Appealing a PK months later with a misleading video is malicious deceit at best. The video you linked in an attempt to get the pk appealed is from before August. You can clearly see Jeremiah Bradford in OOC chat and that character was PK'ed on August 1st. That's not Marteduzzo Colombo being killed in the clip and if it was, it was MINIMUM a whole month before the August 28th PK.
