No map music?

I cannot hear the music that is meant to be present in car dealership, jewlery store, gas station etc

I can hear elevator music fine.

Is the music supposed to be there or was it removed?

After literally 2 years of not hearing these beautiful songs (and them being stuck in my head for 2 years (grant and darias fault)) i can finallly hear the music. it seems to have been an issue with all ambient sounds in gmod (explaining why i could hear elevator music as elevators move and thus cannot be tied in with the same system ambient sound uses)

all i had to do was uninstall all my mods, unsubscribe to all my addons, uninstall gmod and reinstall.

This is a day to celebrate.
