Why should you be unbanned? me and my freinds were going to mug someone i told him to come into the alleyway he then opened the door to the hardware store and i had already had my gun on him i told him drop the suit till i saw the npc in the room and i put my gun away and didnt mug him anymore nor have him under fear rp i then said let me out of here and he refused which caused me to pull my gun on him again and i was going to either kill him then lockpick out or he was gonna unlock it and i was gonna run away so i feel as if there was no fail mug. However I do recognize i disconnected in the admin sit before i was pulled into the admin sit i had left the house but my computer still ran the game. for the past few days my internet has been disconnecting multiple times a day im trying to fix it but when i got back home i came back to my computer to see the red disconnect warning at the top of my screen i was too tired to reconnect and i had just turned my computer off and stopped playing for the night. For this I apologize I should have messaged the admin taking care of the situation at least but I was too careless to do so and Im sorry I couldnt get that situation resolved and instead left without saying anything

Hello! I am the admin that banned you.

I was responding to a ticket previously claimed by another staff member where they were unable to assist in the matter. The person who made the ticket was requesting your character, Tyrees "Nigrito" Jackson, to be PK'd. I reviewed the clip he got of the encounter and accepted the PK due to you dying after a fail mug. Once I got your steam ID I brought you into the sit to explain why that character was being PK'd as well as hear what you had to say on the matter. From the best of my knowledge, when you spawned into the sit you, you turned away from me, and then went afk for around 5-maybe 10 minutes before you disconnected from the server. I waited a while before issuing your ban and PK to see if you would rejoin, which you did not. I first PK'd your character Tyrees, then issued a ban for LTAP in and admin sit as well as fail mug. The 24 hours is specifically for the LTAP but I added Fail Mug so future staff members would know that you had initiated a fail mug before.

If you would like to appeal the PK and for me to explain to you why your character was PK'd (since that is a different issue to this all together) feel free to make a character appeal on the forums, and I will respond to that as quickly as I can.

I don't know how long or when I was teleported to the sit I wasnt even home and by the time I had got home by internet was down So i chose to disconnect from the server and also didn't choose to get back on I recognize this as the wrong course of action the whole time i was in the sit i wasn't there till i came back to shut my computer off
