Reason for PK: Reason given in a ticket today was "mugged someone then instantly disconnected"

Why should you be unPK'd?: I asked about this on a discord ticket as I had no knowledge at all about the PK occurring. I was told that it was due to it being immediately after a mug which as far as I know did not happen. I had disconnected as it was past midnight my time and I left to go to bed, as it had been a decent time since I had done any interacting with other players I figured there would be no reason stopping me from leaving. If this was not the case and I left to soon I sincerely apologise but this was not my intention in any way and was not something I even considered at the time being a problem.

Hello, the reason I PK'd you was that you had mugged a player for over $7.5k and left 10 minutes after mugging him. During these 10 minutes, the player was looking for you. I feel as though this is valid because you left to avoid roleplay, you could have waited the 5 extra minutes before logging off.

To my knowledge at the time it wasn't less than 10 minutes but if it was I genuinely apologise as it was not my intention at all to avoid any roleplay. I would like to be given another chance on this character as it was an honest mistake on my end but if that is not possible I fully understand.
