Reason for PK: banned for acting as a middleman for an item transfer 

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: well you see i actually had no idea this was an illegal item transfer, i was told by my boss skyzer that we were transferring guns, 128k, and a processor and some suites to an ally and a PK, not sure how much further i can elaborate on this so i will just show some pager screenshots.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: photos in attachment

I can confirm Skyzer forced him into these things and Jai didnt know what was going on. I am also the one who reported skyzer for doing these things orginally.

For the discord part, we had to use it because my pager in game wouldn’t and still doesn’t work, and I was under the impression from skyzer that using discord was just fine. For the 2nd item transfer part, I’d like to know what and when the other one was because I don’t remember another item transfer

just went through and saw it, and I didn't even know I was banned for the same thing before (pretty sure it was on a pked character in the past and i was pked before the ban or something) but I'm not even sure about the event. fact of the matter is, if there's an item transfer most people aren't going to tell you, I was skyzers 2nd in command on the character and he didn't tell me it was a item transfer, and the time of the ban lines up with my 14k triad char who was legit the lowest rank and was killed by a dons order for causing trouble. So who is going to actually tell him the truth about a item transfer. In the end I still apologize for being dumb and doing it and not being skeptical enough.

Being "unaware" of being the middle man in an Item Transfer doesn't pardon you from the act. You should have known something was fishy the moment your faction leader ordered you to move items from place, to place, to place. You also have a PO of this same infraction, meaning you should be well aware of what Item Transfer and being involved in Item Transfer means.
