Reason for appeal (dispute):

I was banned several months ago for a year and I think that the ban is extremely harsh given the situation that had unfolded in-game. To the best of my recollection I was kicked from my gang and PK'd. I was very upset about it because it had occurred due to an OOC situation, so I had taken a random car I had found in the middle of the street, drove around, and saw one of the members of my old gang that had me kicked so I ran him over. I believe I went AFK after I was killed and came back to a year ban. Mass VDM is absolutely exaggerated considering I ran one person over twice (same person), then the car got blown up, not sure where Mass VDM took place. Although I am not the most serious player I am definitely also not a troll, I was very upset at the moment but it's been several months and I believe given the time frame and my actions I think it would be fair.

Why should you be unbanned?

I accepted it months ago, I just think it's very harsh. I haven't even played since then.

If it was an OOC related issue you could've easily have had that pk appealed but you went about dealing with it in a sorta minge way

Yes I acknowledge that, but ultimately I don't think I did anything overly malicious or worthy of being banned for a year, especially after seeing some of the stuff other people do. It was definitely a mistake, just nothing premeditated or at least in my own opinion extreme. Sure, a day ban, maybe a week if they were pushing it... but a year?
