What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Pendred is holding me at gun point. After becoming Don and Clothing Slave I now must complete my final sin. Seriously, I think I'd be a fair staff member and someone who could handle tickets in the early hours when there's fuck all people around. I am well versed in the rules and have very rarely gotten involved in any sits that weren't called by me.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Because I'm active during EU hours. I'm an experienced player. I know the rules. I hate metagame. I hate Mikvik.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): CGC F:I (2 Months as Mod, left cause of staff abuse from their UA)
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: 24 HR Ban (LTAP, left after turning the diner into a suburban home after a sit was called for prop abuse without me knowing) 12 HRS (RDM during the Mixed Race vs. Commission RDM war)
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I hope everyone in this community doesn't know me personally so I don't get a headache from clothing DMs. My charadcters are decently well known with faction higher ups but I rarely interact with anyone outside of Bonnanos. I had enough reputation to have the power to install myself as Don of Bonnanos with the support of 20 odd veteran players. The main thing I'm known for is making custom clothing.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Call another staff member to handle the sit, stay off-duty during the sit. If no staff members are available I'd wait until the person RDMed someone else and then handle it.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Attempt to get sufficient proof of it that is concrete and not just hear-say. That or tell another higher staff member I trust to keep an eye on them for abuse.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: Just speak to them and tell em how it is. If they're on the server minging then I wouldn't want them playing anyways. If bias ever became an actual factor in deciding when to ban them then I'd just ask another staff member to handle it.
