Drug/Alcohol Testing

Allow members of the NYPD to have the ability to perform drug tests on someone, whether it be in the form of a testing kit or something like that. It's very apparent when someone just downed a bag of cocaine and is running at "Mach Fuck," but they can't be tested or charged for it. It' also add something preventing someone from having a bag on them and downing it before the cops can cuff them.

I’m pretty sure you can get staff involved to check logs etc if they have. But you’d need to do /me ‘s like drug kits etc.
however it would be pretty cool if we were able to do it ourself to test

Yea like some others have said you can do it w/an admin and they can check logs but that takes time, just let us do it ourselves fr. Like how they changed the recruiting system, just give us priviledge to do it ourselves.
