Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I just felt disrespected because a guy pointed a gun at me. imagine a guy pointing a gun at you in real life and then someone wants to search you. and after that situation when i dipped i just grabbed my shotgun and killed the guy and it was the same guy but apparently he was on a different char but these guys looked the same and toast and darkfire was saying what i did wasnt valid he wasnt an active threat or something. but me i was mad acting and thinking like someone would in real life that this guy think im sweet enough he can just come out the car and point a gun at me and i thought this was valid because i had an encounter with another player which was a admin and i killed him and his friend because they both pointed guns at me he said it was valid so i thought that situation where that guy pointed a tec at me i was able to come back and kill him and im sorry i probably should've thought more instead of acting upon anger.

Why should you be unbanned? No matter how many times i get banned i always come back and try to be somebody in the game like "faxetimerikk" is a gang called faxetime nation i got 8 members that get active with me when im on you know im not there to cause chaos like these other people i just want atleast a longer ban or a unban but not a perma ban please i really like this game

I never asked for this to be extended just to be clear that is something someone else is in charge of. This ban originally was because you jumped the gun on a non active threat. As not only myself but another staff member explained, the person hopped out of his vehicle and safety his weapon immediately. You then ran to the back of clothing store ATM took a gun out and shot a player that looked like him for the interaction that happened by Town house street side. That is considered RDM sir I'm not sure how else to explain that one in this case. Please read the rules while your break period and hopefully within a few months you can return.
