What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I want to apply for staff because I wish to help the community more. I'm coming back to gmod after a long break and would love to hop back into staffing. Almost every server that I stay for awhile on I will help out on staff and this is the next one! I have loved Mafia RP and I played this server a lot and am very interested in helping out. If given the chance I think I could be a big help and make it so there is more staff so less work on each staff member's plate.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have a spotless record on this server and plan on keeping it that way. I am rather familiar with the rules and I have over 1k hours of staff experience. I've staffed on a range of servers for different game modes at a range of positions. I am mature but can still have fun and lighten the mood when needed. I am always unbiased and am rather understanding but still follow the rules/guidelines.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I have been to so many servers I'm gonna miss a few but here are the ones I remember. Imperium Gaming WW2 RP Game Master and Admin- 1.5 years | Origin Networks Holy Roman Empire RP Community Manager- 2 Months (server shut down) | Imperium Gaming Fallout RP Server Manager- 3 Months (server shut down) | Project Steele Santos RP Senior Admin- 1 year | Defcon Gaming SantosRP Mod- 2 months (resigned) | Project BMRP Black Mesa RP Admin- 4 months (shut down)
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No, I'm a good noodle
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I'm not the best known, decently known within the PD, kinda keep to myself on my other char. I do help new players quite a bit on my other character. Just the other day someone came up to me to thank me for helping them out when they were new and told me they got into a nice family and are doing good now. So if you ask the right people some might know of me but like I previously said I'm more of a lone wolf on my civilian character. I am known by most of the department on my PD character so if you ask them they will probably be able to know me.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I will act as if I'm any regular player and message an on duty staff member requesting them to take a sit. If no other staff are on and the RDM wasn't against me and the person RDMed makes a sit I would switch to on duty and deal with the situation as any other, ignoring whatever it was that I saw. (I would not leave an active RP situation however as that would disrupt gameplay for other players.) If the RDM was against me I would either deal with it in character calling police or what not or I would gather the evidence and send it in a player report. (If it was something REALLY bad like mass RDM I would step in to preserve the safety of the server but any other time would never take my own sit.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather evidence (discretely) of the staff member's behavior (videos and/or pictures) and send it to the person above that staff member.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would deal with them as I would with any other person. If they were a real friend they would know about me that I don't play favorites and won't sweep their actions under the rug, but would act as if I didn't know them at all.
