Whitelist props from the Southside Prop Pack!

As a builder, there are a whole bunch of props that are not whitelisted that should definitely be allowed. These will help make builds look even more detailed than some already are. I sifted through the Props on the server that aren't whitelisted and categorized them into a few categories to make it easy to look at what we could have that we're missing out on, and have even included some photos of how these could be used!
