PK Appeal Format
Below is the format that you must followed when making a PK appeal, you must copy all sections and fill them out in detail.

Rules:
You may only make one appeal per PK, if you are denied you will be unable to appeal for that character again.

You must appeal within one week of your character being PK'd, appeals posted after this time will be automatically denied.

You may only comment on an appeal if you were DIRECTLY involved with the situation leading up to the PK. Replies that are not relevant to the situation will result in a forum warning and/or ban.

Reason for PK: FearRP?

Why should you be unPK'd?: Because before the FearRP PK claim was made, the individuals who imposed the FearRP that led to my PK situation had constantly robbed us numerous times within the allotted legal time, which (The server will clearly see) They committed NLR multiple times and returned to rob us again, again, and again before the legal NLR timer had finished. Seeing how these individuals do not care or follow the server rules, I do not see it fit to even have to be dealing with this nonsense at this time, due to the fact that this situation was clearly rewarding the people breaking the rules, and punishing the person who lost his temper because the rule breakers are breaking the rules and coming to rob us again while breaking NLR. All the while completely ignoring conversation in regards to their actions. I was even attempting to get them to see what they were doing was wrong and I was leading them to being exposed as what they truly are, rule breakers and minges! The Administrator "Moses" has even acknowledged that the two individuals were going around robbing people and is fully aware that they had committed NLR however since he was "ordered" to PK me without investigation I am telling you the other half of the story ( The important details which were willingly overlooked). THAT is why this appeal is being made. Admin Stretch was kind enough to say he would provide us with the screen regarding Moses saying he is aware. So I would like to politely demand that those two people be properly punished because as everyone and anyone can see, it leads to issues and creates a bigger web of problems if left unchecked and maintained.

I wasn't involved with the situation and Administration of your PK but I feel the need to speak on behalf of your comments about what Administrator Moses said. In regards to his messages in staff chat amongst staff who were discussing the PK he brought up that the two individuals who were doing the mugging were committing such rule breaks the day prior. When I questioned as to why he did not intervene he stated that he in-fact did and had issued them both warning and told them to stop or at the very least slow down. This was acknowledged by the Administrator handling your PK (whom will reply here as well) but he could find no evidence of the users having broken those rules during the mugging situation involving you. As such it wasn't a factor in his decision. I apologize but it seems you were misled by screenshots or messages taken out of context.

As for your claim about NLR just now I took it upon myself to check logs of the user who killed you and confirmed that he hadn't died in the previous 15 minutes making it a non possibility. In fact he only died to another player about 2 hours before the incident involving you.

With that addressed I can excuse myself and continue to remain an observer.

Hello, I was the staff member who issued your PK I will now explain why.

You can see that, the muggers have somebody tied up and, when you enter the room with them they attempt to tie you up too, by aiming their guns at you and trying to use a zip tie, While trying to tie you, in the clip you can see that you attempt to fight back while under gunpoint (FearRP) by pulling out your Uzi and dying resulting in your PK. This falls under the PK guideline as stated here in the PK guidelines

"■ Acting recklessly can cost you your life and result in a PK. This includes, in some circumstances, not valuing your life (breaking FearRP), Intentionally committing suicide or intentionally putting yourself at risk."

It also states that in the FearRP section of the rules you may be PKed if you attempt to escape, or pull out a weapon to fight back while UnderFearRP here

"While under fearrp it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor, if you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would display a disregard for your own saftey, a calculated risk you took which failed, resulting in your PK. (In some circumstances staff may use their discretion to issues a ban instead)
Acting in complete disregard for your life and being killed can be a PK at staff's discretion."

So in conclusion with the evidence that I had gathered, and after reviewing the video evidence, I issued a PK on your character for Breaking FearRP.

Hello!
So first off I would like to say that the FearRP in the clip resulting in your PK is undeniably valid. I know you didn't dispute that, but it's important.
Next off, with Canadian disputing your claim of NLR and you not having any evidence of this NLR except Moses saying it was, that's not going to be taken into consideration much.
And lastly, with the people who PKed you being minges and rule breakers claim, as Canadian said there is no real evidence for any such claim; the only reason I can see to accept this would be IF you had included any reasonable evidence as such.
