Reason for PK: Killed by a cop

Why should you be unPK'd?: I do not own a gun license. I went to the gun store in an attempt to get a gun license from there and was directed to the discord group to get it from there. I left the store, got my oil shipment and went to sell it. While im selling it, 2 cops pull up behind me and insist to search me. I ask them for a reason for a search and they do not provide one. I ignore them, assuming they are minge cops who just annoy people since i seen many cops like that already on the server, but when they tried to handcuff me, i again asked for a reason for the arrest. They again did not provide me a reason and continued to abuse me, thus i took out my illegally owned Desert Eagle that was given to me a while ago by a family member and shot the cop trying to handcuff me, but ran out of ammo and get gunned down by the second one. There was no legitemate reason to search me or arrest me, AND IF THERE WAS why was it not provided to me, since it would have avoided the whole altrecation. I do not feel like im in the wrong and should be PK'd. I would have easily dealth with an arrest and jail time if it was based on some facts and was not a random illegal search.

Hello, you have been PKed under this guideline:

"- Initiating a shootout or violent confrontation with Police can lead to a PK. Killing or attacking an Officer after initiating a violent confrontation leaves you PK active from officers for about 15 minutes. Generally we want people to not immediately go for the gun when dealing with Police, as a result if you escalate a situation to a shootout and lose you can be punished via PK as your character was killed. This does not apply if it is the Police that fired first or escalated to a shootout."

Police officers showed up to the business and were trying to search you, you were resisting, and when they attempted to cuff you you pulled out your gun, therefore initiating a violent confrontation with PD, then proceeded to shoot and kill an officer, therefore attacking and killing him.
Moments after that kill, another officer shot and killed you.

Hello, unfortunately dying by initiating a gunfight with law enforcement personnel can lead to a PK. The issue of the police officers not stating the reason of your arrest is more of an Internal Affairs issue rather than an OOC one. Usually, players are advised to follow up the arrest and either file a report to the PD's own Internal Affairs department or pursue legal action, should you feel their actions are a breach of their standard operating procedures. While understandably so as to why certain players may choose to initiate a gunfight due to possession of contraband/etc, such action taken comes with a price.
