Why should you be unbanned? Because it's been a long a time and you can delete my characters assuring id have nothing to cause trouble with

I tried to get back in other ways because I was desperate also didn't realize there was a format so any appeal I attempted got denied so i tried round about ways. What can I do to make this work?
