Add a 15 second death timer that says something like "The hospital will finish healing you in (seconds left)"
This should make people value their life more, hinder NLR violators, and hinder fist minges.
Maybe you can also stick a message at the bottom saying "Your character does not remember anything from the last 15 minutes. You may not immediately return to the area where you died."
