Reason for appeal (dispute): Out of 4 people who were constantly killing me I am the only one who got banned, the admin was not listing to me and gagged me leading me to the frustration of me pulling out my gun and shooting the gang of 4 people who were killing me back to back beyond RDM, it was as if there was no admin online. Also, I made tickets back to back whilst getting RDM'd and the Admin that banned me avoided my tickets. After I got RDM'd 5 times straight and got all my tickets avoiding I choose to take matters into my own hands and shot 2 out of the 4 people that were RDM'ing me. Then the admin dragged me into a staff sit and banned me and gagged me as I said above.

Additional Information: I had to take things into my own hands because the admins were not responding to my tickets, I am shocked that the gang of people that were shooting me didnt get banned. i request to end my ban.

Hi.

For the record I beleive the ban is justified and should stay.

1. You made a ticket saying you were being killed. I checked logs, you died once and kept coming back. The people shot you cus you kept coming back to the same spot.
2. I specifically told you in voice in game to stop going back to the place you died. You tried saying it was cityhall but when I was spectacting you, you kept going back to the exact spot where you died.
3. I then closed your ticket and then they made an rdm ticket because you came back after multiple deaths, and me warning you not to, and you opened fire on two people (at the same place you died) https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/...1MjY1MDQs/
4. During the sit you were gagged so I could explain the situation.
5. During the sit you equipped a gun, walked to the edge and opened fire on a crowd right under you. Luckily you have terrible aim and got killed.
6. After dying from the sit rdm you went back and started to puch them.
7. 90% of the ban was because of the context, 10% of your PO (RDM and NLR) and me warning you not to do those things. Logs showed you got killed multiple times by the same people. You were being spectated and you kept going back to the same place you died, aswell other staff kept seeing you go back.

You showed a complete disregard to the rules, that you were aware of.

Hello, to begin I'm Infamy. I was watching over you for quite a while due to 2 previous tickets were brought against you. While watching over you, I saw you run-up to a group of people within the City Square pestering them, they then warned you to leave. You didn't comply so they shot you. 

You then ran back, grabbed a gun, and gunned down the entire group. Once you were killed you then ran up to them outside the hospital, tying one of them up trying to then RDM them once more. Then they called for an admin and you were then brung to the rooftop

While watching over your sit with Romullus, you were mic spamming and yelling at the other group in the sit. Which you were gagged for as they explained their side and showed their evidence. Once reviewed Romullus then gave you your chance to explain, you then went into a short outburst of arguing and gunning the people in the sit down.
