Why should you be unPK'd?:
    I Followed all server rules and PK guidelines, I can not be PKed. Once again, the screenshot of Police Rules, Number 4 explains how a Cop can be PKed. If we let this stand, we set a precedent that every detective and beat cop investigating crime. The PK case of Cole Johnson shows that "Targeting Investigations towards me" is not a PKable offense. 

   On a second note, we need to understand about proof. If I was corrupt, what proof of such a status can be placed upon me? There is no proof, only hersay at best. I would like to see photographic or video evidence proving my status of corrupt. If this stands, PoliceRP is like walking on eggshells and there is little to no risk for mobsters and families. Why be a cop when you are PK active 100% of the time when being a mob don the odds are little to none and be WAY richer?

No IA investigations were placed upon him.

Directing Detectives towards factions for crime detection is HOW DETECTIVES work. If this PK stands, it contradicts the Cole John PK Appeal

I was told by a few staff members that the PK was approved as you have been practically targeting my faction. Whether you are corrupt or not does not matter as you have been the officer to serve and sign all of our warrants (using weak evidence) as well as arresting/trying to flip multiple of my men. In real life, a cop who causes this much trouble for such a large crime family/organization doesn't make it that long, and as we assumed you have been targeting us we could not risk a bribe.

As a lieutenant in NYPD internal Affairs I can verify we have had no complaints filed against Sgt Maroni. If he was so corrupt why did nobody report him to internal affairs.
