Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I understand that me leaving wasn't the best way to sort out this situation but It's uncalled for to TP me back to the place I just died. It breaks RP and it doesn't provide RP to the server. I wasn't being a minge at all and a random guy ran over and punched me and killed me. It's not my fault that I was murdered by a random.

I should of been left alone at the hospital and the guy who killed me should of been arrested for "Murder" so it kept everything in RP. Not by teleporting me back and abusing admin powers so it can "make the server have more RP", That isn't how you make or provide RP to any servers.

Why should you be unbanned?: I should be unbanned because I physically did nothing wrong. I only LTARP because someone decided to TP me and abuse their powers.

You were teleported back as an RDM is inherently not part of roleplay; the event didn't happen. If being killed randomly was enough to get out of a situation, that'd be standard practice for players.

The Staff members that was apart of this situation was Romullus, Vex (Maybe) and Cordelier. These 3 staff members could provide the context behind on what really happened since they have a better over view on what happened.

The clip you sent has nothing to do with your ban. I witness you ltap infront of the corralito with 5 cops on you when you were pinned to a police cruiser. Vex saw it too.

If I wasn't teleported back, I wouldn't have been banned at all. So really, that whole situation should be involved.

Instead of making a staff report and staying in the situation (because you believe that the staff member abused), you LTARPed on your own will. But this is not considered abuse as Romulus and Cordelier have the ability to re-continue RP. If you really want to consider the death as IC, then your character should be PKed. Regardless, your video shows no context and provides nothing for this appeal.
