Why should you be unbanned?: During the original encounter with the individual I was banned for killing, I had removed my clothing down to a white shirt, so he wouldn't recognize what I looked like. While the cops were arresting him, there was a significant amount of chaos going on. Previously, he was punching my car and following me around trying to hit me, and I was looking for an opportunity to kill him in revenge. The cops released their drag on him to chase another individual who ran up and punched them, and I came up in their blind spot and hit the handcuffed, unattended man with a bat before jumping a barricade and hiding. I have no prior warnings, a decent amount of time on the server, and I wasn't given any chance to explain myself. I was immediately frozen and banned for two days without any warning as a knee-jerk reaction. I get the confusion because I just looked like a white-shirt in the heat of the moment, but it was not random, I'm not a minge, and I definitely have intent to RP.

Additional Information (images, videos, etc): N/A. I tried to show the clip on the spot, but the admin involved evidently wasn't anywhere near me or didn't hear me because I was banned without even getting to speak to them, and I crashed when I was banned.

Hi i was the banning staff member. I banned you because you rdmed him. He was not being arrested by anyone. You ran on him in a crowd of 5-8 people and slammed his head with a baseball bat, you than proceed to run away while the cops we're coming after you. Even if a guy is following you around or threatening you verbally i don't think it's a roleplay reaction to slam his face in the street for this while knowing cops are 2 meters away from you.

You also said in your appeal "I tried to show the clip on the spot, but the admin involved evidently wasn't anywhere near me or didn't hear me because I was banned without even getting to speak to them, and I crashed when I was banned." You never did. I asked you if you could hear me (x2), i received no answer. I was near you, as you said i froze you.

The logs, I believe, can show he was handcuffed at the time I killed him. The cops did not tase, shoot, or otherwise pursue me at the time of the event. All the same, it wasn't a matter of threatening me, as much as it was punching my car and threatening me with his fists up, nor did I ever hear you attempt to make contact with me.

Nonetheless, this ban expired with no conclusion on the appeal.
