What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I am applying for staff because often times, myself as well as other players find ourselves left un assisted at the end of some administrative situations. It would appear that a lot of staff members here are too eager to RP, rather than assist the flourishing RP community that already exists here. I do not find myself wanting to RP sometimes when I want to join the server, which is why instead of just walking around on my police character, I could devote that time as a dedicated and well rounded staff member. I believe that I would be a valuable asset and force multiplier to Diverge Networks staff team.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * In situations regarding serious matters, I provide the upmost respect and professionalism. I have held GM and upper administrative positions in servers in the past. Although it has been a few years since the aforementioned experience, I still can act in the same way I did there. Furthermore, I currently hold the position of a Non Commissioned Officer in the United States Navy. This experience grants me an exemplary amount of patience in my problem solving, and skills managing my subordinates. As stated above, I would be a great force multiplier to your staff team.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * It would depend on what other players. Because of my roll of a police officer, I have friends among the members of the department that think highly of my abilities as a problem solver, a dedicated worker and a people person. However if you where to ask the same questions to the members of other factions... I am just a pig that arrests people for no reason any time I do my job.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would contact another staff member as to not add any of my own bias into the situation. Staff members should not handle their own sits because it could be seen as unprofessional, unfair, and often one sided.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would use the windows game center recording option to capture the event so that it could be routed up the correct avenues of the chain of command.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: They would have to be treated as you would treat any other player. It would behoove you to treat them as you would any other member of the server. The rules apply to everyone and nobody is exempt. If you are unable to conduct an encounter with this person through an administrative counseling without bias, another staff member should be contacted to conduct the situation.
