Changes to the PD

Impliment an age limit, require all cops to have mics, require all cops to take a test on the constitution. Dishonarbly discharge all female cops. Make cops understand when it is necessary to use deadly force. (many cops think getting too close to them is a valid reason to beat you to death with a baton.)

Beating to death with a baton is RDM and reportable, under no circumstances can you be beat to death with a baton. Age limit is 15. Constitution idea isn’t bad. Women idea was just dumb to say.

I know its rdm but the officers don't seem to know that especially the lower ranking ones, this makes me think that they are not being trained properly. Even higher ups do this including the commander. The captain was also unaware of the rule that you cant raid a house due to a 911 call. If the heads of the pd dont even know the rules how are the lower ranks supposed to know them? most of them are extremely incompetent and have very little knowledge of the laws. Its way too easy to become a police officer and they really need to raise their standards.

fairly good idea, I would drop the female cops part, raise age limit to 18 and as well as the training you suggest, DRIVING CLASSES! Goddamn cops should not be pulling over people if they themselves drive like retarded rhesus monkeys
