Reason for PK: I was being robbed and I tried to kill the guy robbing me but he killed me.

Why should you be unPK'd?: I'm only 2 days new to the server and I put a lot of time into this server already and made probably over  300 thousand already. I came from a Military RP server and I was never on a server like this before. I was never made aware of no rules or anything I just assumed it would be the same simple no minging rules and things of that nature, but rules concerning the fact I cant pull my gun out while being robbed I didn't even know existed and I just recently bought the 30 dollar donator package because I thought this was gonna be a server I was gonna play on for some time. The dude that killed me never even told me about that either, so if you can see my POV it feels kinda unfair to just take my character kinda out of the blue.
