What is your motivation/reason for applying?: The time I've been on Diverge Networks, I've wanted to become a staff member, due to the fact of the amount of minges/NITRP I've seen walking around the streets. These situations are frustrating for everyone and sometimes people cant get the help they need because staff members are already occupied with other business matters. I like to help others and show others the correct way of doing things so I think that can be a useful skill as a staff member. I've seen a lot of misguided people on this server, and id like to give them a helping hand when in need.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I think I should be considered because I have staffed servers in the past. I know the In's and Out's of what it takes for being a staff member. When i have dealt with things in the past, i take a good look at both sides of the story, and take evidence from both sides and make my final judgement then. I believe in second chances. I think people deserve to have a chance at doing the right thing. I'm never bias in those types of situations. My past staffing puts me to an advantage because i know how to professionally deal with certain situations.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Yes, Defconnations SantosRP. I was admin for about 5-6 months before the server shut down
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have once for RDM. I had shot someone thinking it was an event
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would like to say that for the people who know me, know that I'm a solid and responsible person. I'm honest and will always give you my 100% attention. I always try to help new civvies with trying to get a job/get clothes and just get their roots planted within the city.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would clip the RDM, and then proceed to call for staff and show them the video and explained what had happend. If no staff are online to take the ticket, i would exit the RP i am currently in, and handle it myself granted that i was not involved in the RDM directly.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would try and gather some clips/pictures of the abuse and send it to Upper Administration.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: If they are new to the server, i would first, hand them a warning and tell them not to do it agian. I would also send them a link to all the rules on the server and explain what they did wrong. If it were to happen multiple times, i would then take necessary force and ban them if needed
