Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Hello, so I want to start off by saying that none of this is true, I was approached by a group of people with bats saying they wanted to play baseball at pd, I got a bat and went to pd, I hit like 2 people accidentally and I was also hit a few times (very close to death) I obviously didn't care since it was obviously and accident since everyone was just hitting everywhere. I was hitting a watermelon when someone spawned a ball and so people started hitting the ball so i hit it a few times then someone was killed (in the clip you can see it wasn't me) and I got banned. I wasn't bat minging, I was just hitting balls with the bat and watermelons. Apparently fun isn't allowed on this server anymore. I spent about 5 minutes doing this and was about to walk away due to boredom and then I got banned. I honestly wasn't trying to minge I was just hitting the floor, watermelons, and a ball. I don't see how this is minge, or a way of ruining rp. I also did not kill anyone in this game session. PS: If chadderman is talking about a previous kill, the only other person that I killed was a guy who was trying to throw me off a building as I was stuck inside of a wheel chair. It was a completely rp reason to kill him, someone strapped me in the chair and they tried to bring me up the ladder near town hall and throw me off, they were yelling about killing me and so I held him at gunpoint and he ran so I shot him. PPS: Maybe try bringing someone into a sit especially for rdm so you can hear both sides of the story and not have to go through this much trouble, just saying.
Why should you be unbanned? I didn't minge or rdm anyone. I am assuming this was an accident by chadderman.
