Why should you be unbanned? In the situation my friend said he had accidentally ran someone over and the person he ran over had a friend who started shooting so I started shooting back. This ensued a large gunfight and after this had occured me and my friend wanted to kidnap people to be held at ransom. While kidnapping people I had requested to search them at an atm before tying them up, I was under the false impression that this was allowed and it is my fault and will take full responsibility. But I am not entirely sure if this is the true reason as everyone in the sit was in a discord call and not talking in game before I was banned. If I could get some clarity too that would help a bit more. I know my actions were extremely mingey but I had not gotten banned before this for a good amount of time, I believe the last one was a month or 2 ago, and I also play a large role in the diverge community as my position in my faction so I ask to at least reduce the perm so I may return to the community.

 The mac 11? Ok so the situation with that is the person who got banned with me had shared an account with me after i had given them 2 mac 11 a mpl a benelli and other guns. in that shared account was 6 mac 11s so 4 of them were not from me, If i had grabbed the wrong one by mistake then it is also my bad. You did not tell me a single thing before you banned me so im literally in the dark and when I dm u in disc u say nothing

+1 was banned with me and was the friend in my ban appeal genuine pillar of the community with a lot of importance within the server old PO’s should not be used as much as people change and people with a lot of playtime will inevitably gather PO’s causing older players to be punished more harshly than minges joining the server mass rdming which makes no sense

There was no malicious intent we had no knowledge of the bug and did not understand the seriousness of what happened

+1 Even with "RDM Bait" and "Extensive PO's" it doesn't deserve an Perma ban. Plus the exploit wasn't actually an exploit. Who know's the staff member that took the sit just crashed with no reason or could be an coincidence. Plus you can just come back and search back their name and bring them to the sit again. Aswell as clipping the crash. Even if these 2 people LTAP'ed you could of just ban them with the provided LOG's by diverge. Doesn't make any sense touka.
