Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): So basically, i was chilling around Napoli hotel with my boys wearing a bandana and chilling. This cop pulls up and parks next to the Colombo restaurant, i start to shit talking him in RP saying shit like fuck the police, the cop tells me to take my bandana off and i tell him to fuck off i isn’t taking ma shit off, he warns me again i told him to fuck off again (ALL OF THIS IS IN IC) after this he pulls out a tazer gun and try's to taze’s me i pull out my gun and start shooting him which i failed miserably. It ended by hem killing me which obviously it’s a PK. After this i respawned and banned immediately for NITRP and ARDM.
 
Why should you be unbanned?
 
 
First, I didn’t break RP ONCE. Second, I didn’t get pull on a sit or anything to argue. Third it’s not fair to use my POs as a reason of the ban since most of them are old

I was watching you 2-3 minutes before then when multiple times you sprayed at the cop car for no reason. The entire time you had blasting music through your microphone and were screaming like a 13-year-old white shirt minge. Are your PO's old maybe but when I'm looking into who you are and if I should punish you and the first thing I see is a wall of notes for similar reasons to what you did, what am I supposed to think. I feel this ban is deserved.

Id also like to add that another reason i started shooting at him was because i had multiple lockpicks, restrains, and an ilegal tier 2 firearm on me.

After speaking with Grim, and checking the logs, you have showcased mingy behavior in the past. Mic spamming is not conducive to RP. However, due to the nature of the RP with the officer you encountered, it should of resulted in a PK. Your past offenses may be slightly old, but the principles remain the same. Please re-read the rules carefully and do well to follow our protocols.
