Nah I got the people just no motivation on Miami for my people to hop on. Gotta remember too its a couple of factions that have the men and members (combined) but don't have the motivation for them to hop on. Since the merge most seemed hyped up I know my people were not sure about the other factions about how their members felt about the idea, but forsure everyone has told me they wit it. Neither if they wit it or not I'm still going through with the faction. Its more or less of who want to hop in.
