Why should you be unbanned?: Didn't break the rules I am accused of breaking. The incident I think this was referring to (unsure since I was banned while offline) is about ~4:30PM 7/23/22. Around little Italy, I decided to go off duty as a cop and go to a restaurant. As I was walking down the street, some lads pulled out bats and crowbars and started hitting each other. I felt that even though I was off duty, it was my sworn duty to protect people. So I drew my glock and ordered them to stop fighting. They ignored me. Then I hear a click behind me, and theres a dude drawing a pistol behind my back. I reasonably feared that he was going to shoot me (since cops get shot a lot), and so I shot him and he died. One of his friends pulled out a gun and sprayed me down before I had time to react. I died. Then I respawned. I left the game since I was clocked out. Simple as that. LTARP insinuates that I left to avoid an RP situation, but I had already died and respawned, so I was free to leave. And I dont think what I did was RDM, since it was in reasonable defense of my life.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to write your appeal.

Unfortunately the situation was assessed wrongfully by you. You were an Off-Duty Officer trying to deal with a situation that was reserved for active Law Enforcement.
You were a citizen in that situation. You had nothing to do with those people. Also, the person pulling the gun at you, did not even directly aim at you but at the crowd fighting.
You instead shot him, in return he even lowered his weapon to show you he's no threat, though to no avail as he was already dead before you noticed.

You have tried to do something good but your actions ultimately lead to a situation which I deemed to be RDM. As you had no clear and valid reason to shoot and kill.
You were off duty, therefore it was NOT your duty to deal with the problem there.
In the end you decided to leave the server after the situation with logs showing (Disconnected from the server on damage cooldown) I waited 5-10 minutes for you to reconnect as you have may crashed but you didn't so I added LTAP.
