PK Messages

Post Pk messages on a discord channel would make more sense to do on a government one but diverge discord could also work

Positives: 
People can more easily find out about pks IC 
Police could more easily investigate pks leading to more rp
Offline players can still get and idea of whats happening on the server while away from their pcs 

Negatives: 
People who got killed can get embarrassed (Could be taken as a positive or negative) 
May force staff to make pk messages for everyone (Negative for staff Positive for players)

If pks aren't meant to be open to the public and just police the PD discord could have a separate channel for the more private pks

Unfortunately not everyone gets a PK message.
A PK message makes it public, but some factions actually RP a cleanup which makes it a silent PK.

Circumstances for PKs are not the same for every situation. This would not be practical to do.
