Neutral, and here is why. I love the outsiders the book and movies. But I do not think that this would fit into the server that well. Again I love the idea and I would love to see this become a thing, but I do not think it would fit well in an RP sense.

Neutral here. I just want to say that the Greasers were a gang in the 50's and 60's. It would be odd to have a gang like this in the 80s.
