Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Honestly I’m just confused on what I did so I’ll explain what I did before I got banned and hopefully someone can just let me know. 

I had just finished getting a shipment of H when I noticed the REDACTED seller. I saw lockpicks and was curious so I bought them and went to test them out. I found a locked door at a place that seemed empty and lock picked the door. Funnily there was someone in the building and I got blasted as soon as the door opened lol. After I respawned I connected to south side to sell my H and saw I was banned. 

Why should you be unbanned?  Well if I deserve I shouldn’t ig but idk how I was mugging someone and idk what LTAP means

Hmm I think whoever did the ban got the offenses mixed up, will have to wait for the banning staff member response to get a clear perspective on both sides. But generally LTAP means Leaving To Avoid Punishment. You can check out other similar abbreviations at the rules page on the forums.

Yes, after an investigation into the matter, the logs show it is clear that you tied a player inside the city hall and took their gun and first aid kit into your inventory before you switched character not 30 seconds later and then disconnected by user then decided to reconnect right after I went to bed, five minutes later. Do not LTAP/LTARP. If you initiate an RP situation or are in an Admin sit you may be punished if you decide to leave the game/switch characters to avoid punishment/roleplay. If you crash be sure to message the handling admin or type in the discord‼️ Otherwise try and reconnect right away, admins may wait up to 5 to 10 minutes for someone to reconnect. It is important that you know you were not banned due to anything in your appeal's context but because you Fail mugged someone in the City Hall and immediately switched character and disconnected without messaging in discord or to a staff. If you would be so kind as to return the man's weapon that you wrongfully mugged him for and apologize to him, I would perhaps see reason to lessen the length of your ban or expunge it entirely with a warning given to you. Okay so I think I get what’s going on. I’m just gonna wait it out. There’s way too much context in my opinion, and it seems like the dudes upset he got mugged. I got away, took no damage, and didn’t just leave I went to Union City. I have a decently old laptop and whenever connecting I time out usually at least twice before connecting. So loading into the sever can taking anywhere between 5 and 20 minutes sometimes. Thanks for the reply though.
