Reason for PK: Unsure, I think it's because of actions I took on a totally different character but IDK. I wasn't even at the keyboard but nobody will tell me anything.

Why should you be unPK'd?: Because actions on one character shouldn't affect actions on another character. I also had a disagreement about the interpretation of a server rule with a higher up but I'd imagine server rules are considered OOC. Otherwise I've never met said higher up in game and never had any real interaction with him let alone negative ones. I got on this morning and paid my dues in full -- ACTUALLY PAYING MORE THAN I OWED. Nobody will tell me what the reason was I was totally caught off guard.

I posted an approved LOA. I was at work all day yesterday and I got on this morning and paid them immediately. I actually paid more than I owed. Today is my only day off in the week and the LOA I posted in their discord. Last night I asked my capo for his bank info and he gave it to me. When I got on the FIRST thing I did was pay it lol.

Don't know what other character you are talking about but I'm Piero you know me. You were pked for not paying kick-ups, we checked all logs of payments and found nothing from you for your first week. Ask the RHM of your crew and also found nothing so thats why you were whacked. We checked and logs from between 11-09 through 11-12 and found nothing from you and you joined on the fourth missing your first cycle.

First: check the ROA/LOA log. I'm on an approved LOA from yesterday.
Second: I gave Smiles 50k this morning. Last I checked that is MORE than the amount I owed.
Third: I've paid every kickup I owed and it was always over the agreed amount. I've paid 100k so far. First week was to Diavolo, second was to Smiles. I paid every penny I owed. Perhaps if you talked to anyone this could have been rectified.

I paid them in cash to Diavolo my first week, Smiles today. Combined total of 100k.

Yeah you normally investigate things when you make an appeal especially when the one behind it made a mistake lol you effectively stole from me and said I didnt pay lol if you want logs i can work with the admins but i sunk too much time in for this.

Logs confirm that one of Aplooza#5904's characters was given $50,000 about an hour before the PK.

At this point if the appeal is accepted and upper management oocly just dont want to deal with me in the family I'm perfectly willing to part ways cleanly but I feel that there's no IC justification behind the PK. I've paid my dues and then some. I've been trying to help keep the silver tongue open when I can with manning the door and running the bar. I've been moving a ton of product. I simply don't know why they would go from nothing to a PK. It'd be sad to go from the family as I've made some good friends in there and feel like I clicked well with my colleagues.
