-1 Reasoning: Rumors. Now I'm not saying this is for sure but has me skeptical, its a new Chinese faction from a member of an already Chinese faction, Sun Yee On. It was rumored they plan to only make this so they can make Sun Yee On a WOP faction, I hold nothing against either of them but the idea of a bunch of people with Chinese nationality dressed as Italian doesn't seem very realistic to me... My word may not say much but it was unspoken till now.
