What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I already dedicate time to playing this server & thoroughly enjoy it. To me? It's common sense, if I already dedicate so much time to it but do nothing to benefit it whilst playing, why not apply for staff? I get to dedicate time to server and support it and the players of it at the same time. Genuinely, I enjoy playing on the server and would like to support it through the time I already dedicate to it every day. I'd like to expand my knowledge over the server's script and the server itself.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Honestly? I don't have much going for me, other than the fact that I'm active and willing to dedicate time to the server. I've spent five years roleplaying on the GTA: San Andreas — GTA: V platform on text roleplay servers and recently stumbled across here. Been playing here for a few days just for some fun, and I've thoroughly enjoyed it. However, I think everyone has their own traits & talents and should be evaluated individually. I don't think I'm specifically better than anyone else in a certain area, and I don't think I should be accepted over anyone else.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I'm rather new to the community. I don't think the community knows me at all.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Notify all other staff online with evidence and a narrative of what happened, via report or Discord. Never would I try to take care of it myself, unless I absolutely HAD to.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Follow the chain of command and go to the next person with seniority. Inform them of the problem and provide evidence. Let them take care of it from there.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: Take normal steps just as I would with a regular player. Punish them accordingly for the RDMing and minging.
