Why should you be unbanned?
I don't believe that I did anything wrong to warrant a ban. All I was doing was driving my taxi, with a customer inside, listening to music and driving him around the map, because that's what he asked me to do, he didn't give me a specific location. So yeah, we were just driving, chilling and listening to music together, but for some reason, I don't know if the cars or the taxis are glitched or some shit, but my taxi defied all physics and drove THROUGH objects instead of creating an obstruction. I could literally drive through street lamps, barriers and people and cars without any impact or damage done to me and my car or them and their property. So because driving in to people and things didn't harm anyone, I drove my car in to this group of cops that were standing in the center of the street. Nobody's health went down, nobody was stunned, nobody's car was damaged, nothing was done. My car went through them like a ghost. And then I got arrested, which fair enough, that's a part of the RP, I wasn't resistant to that at all. So the cop took me in to a cell and we were talking for a bit, still in character, and then for some reason he decided to call an admin to deal with me. They both went in to a discord call together and this cop went AFK for about 5 minutes. Then this other cop came in to the cell and asked me why I was arrested, I told him for reckless driving. He said he could get me a plea deal and he was asking the AFK cop to get the papers for the deal, and then all of a sudden I get TP'd in to an admin sit and he tells me I'm going to get banned for 3 days for supposedly minging, he didn't tell me how exactly I minged, and when I tried to plea and tell him what happened, he just ignored it and said to appeal it on the forums, and here we are. This is a bullshit ban. Fair enough if my car was doing actual damage to people's health and were being stunned and their cars were being damaged but that's not what happened at all. Nobody got hurt and no one's RP was ruined except mine.

how was I minging yesterday? I was literally walking around the map and talking to people in character. If you're not going to let people blast music in their cars, then what's the point of having cassettes on the server? All I did was drive THROUGH people, not in to them. And that's supposedly minging? When they were in the middle of the road where any car would do the same? I don't understand how clipping with a taxi is abusing when it's beyond my control. How about fix the taxi's so issues like that don't happen. It's more of a distracting RP immersion breaker than anything I did. And I did have intent to RP, I literally said I was driving someone in my taxi who just wanted to be driven around, he didn't ask to be taken anywhere. He said to me, and I quote, "yeah man, just keep the good tunes going and just drive around, I don't give a shit where you go"

I completely understand but if your just going around clipping through building and stuff it's kinda seems like ur asking for trouble based on other people on the server. I have no clue why you got warned yesterday so i don't know anything abt that.

I just looked through your previous bans and see that your last bans were for minging, and driving through stuff like you admitted to doing/the way you were doing it is minging, just because the car is no-cloided doesn't mean you can drive through a crowd of people or into buildings, you need to still act as if it is a normal car.
