"Uncle" PK: RIP The OG Unc'

Regardless of whoever heard me say my name was "Uncle", that is nowhere near my real name or nickname. It just makes no sense how someone who doesn't have a char in my faction can take over and Don's Order me with no knowledge of my name, look, or whereabouts. And to have the pk attempted by someone not involved with my org as we are independent. This is all metagaming and should not be the way things work whether it is me or another that this happens to. And the fact that the person I was doing a deal with was killed first and was an innocent civ should show they had no idea who they were supposed to kill. They RDM'd the civ while he was picking up drugs and had no intent/knowledge to help in the impending pk that took place on me. If my pk is valid, then this sets a new president that it doesnt matter who you are, you can be pk'd for absolutely no reason by anyone in the game.

Uncle's pk is complete nonsense and has no logic. Uncle contributed more than $2 million to the faction, not Badman alias Twotone. Additionally, these individuals are metagaming the fuck out. The second thing is that this BADMAN spent more time on his colombo player than on Montego, which is pretty awful. UNCLE SHOULD NOT GET PKD, AS IT IS METAGAMIN AT ITS FULLEST, AND I'VE NEVER EVEN SEEN THE FAMILY DON PLAYING BOTH SIDE. Since he is pkd and had wanted to leave his rank for months, he finally did. Uncle took over, and now that our entire group is behind Uncle, Badman wants to return from vacation and take Don once more but that not the way to do it. The reason wops did the pk is cause that mf can't even hop on pc so yeah explains it .

I was the admin who did the PK, this isn't a personal issue with you, not even sure who you are to be honest. You gave up the faction and are no longer faction leader (pendred said this) so twotone is now don and can dons orders you.

To say that I gave up the faction is a bold statement as I am Don and after an inner conflict started (before all this happened), I decided to disband the faction so we could all go our separate ways before all our friendships were destroyed over a game. Made a ticket and Pendred said ok. When Badman originally wanted to disband the faction back when it was Montego, I never received the option to take over when I was Underboss at the time. So now that the roles have flipped, he's allowed to take over while he's not even in the faction? Seems to me like there is some shady stuff going on in the background.

im da nigga he was doing a deal with and also am a friend of his. A server rule was broken in my clip he specifically targets me first he knows what he looks like from the sitdown we both stood still there was time between both of us being shot and i find it convenient it would be "crossfire" when I got shot first you can't confuse us we have different models and different clothes street wear and a suit he rdmed me and received no punishment. This is not how you do a retroactive pk either and does not follow the guidelines. That is all i have to say

Your clip doesn't show anything but the floor and you guys talking about people killing you and where they did so. This is also not a retroactive PK but a don's orders where I was over seeing it the entire time.

You say that it was a Don's Order, but then why did I respawn at the Hospital and was able to continue playing after the incident. I was dragged into an admin sit and told I was pk'd later on. This has all the making of a retroactive pk and is obvious proof that the admin in question (Duggar) does not know how pks work and should undergo some training or be demoted for his lack of knowledge even though his Bio says he's the Best Staff Member. Not tryna throw shade, but that's what I would do if it was a faction member that did not follow our guidelines. (I mean anyone should be subject to punishment if they do not follow Standard Procedures)
