What is your motivation/reason for applying?My motivation for applying for staff is that I have been playing this server for a decent time now and I would like to experience the server from a different POV. I would like to be the guy that stops the mayhem of RDM, VDM, AVDM, and etc. I feel like I could be good at doing staff without any previous experience. My motivation for applying is so I can stop the mischief that occurs in Southside. I would just like to give the players that are new to the server a better experience than what mine was and I just want to make the server a better RP environment for everyone.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I feel that I can bring a lot to the table from just taking tickets or by dealing with people that aren’t RP correctly. I feel that I am a better candidate even though I have no previous experience but I am a fast learner and feel that I can make a difference to the server and to the community. I feel that the newer players to the server should have a good welcoming and I am willing to do so to every person that joins the server. I will be willing to work no matter the occasion, I will do my best no matter how hard the situation might be but I will try my hardest to make the situation right. I will do as told and learn as I go forward in my journey and I won't break any rules or do anything unnecessary to the best of my abilities.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I have no experience of being a staff or moderator on any server on Garry's mod or any type of game that consists of staff or moderators.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, I don't remember what it was for due to it being a good bit ago.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I feel like I am known in the overall community from various factions and from PD. I have met a lot of nice wonderful people introducing me to a lot of people in the community. That has helped me from trying to find a job to even lending me loans. I feel like I have made good first impressions to everyone on the server.I believe that my reputation is good considering the fact that when people come up to me in game they have a calm, chill attitude towards me and are engaging to start a conversation with me about anything.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:First I would clip the incident. Then I would process and upload the clip. After processing the clip I would then make a staff ticket to see if any staff would take my ticket. If not then I would send the clip to a staff member that could handle the situation in the future. But if a staff member took my ticket I would tell the staff member what happened then I would provide him/her with the clip of proof. After providing the clip I would then let the staff member who took the ticket go through with the proper evaluation of handling the problem.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would first ask another staff member that is a higher rank than said person if what he/she is doing is professional (without giving away their identity). If they are not supposed to be doing the action he/she is executing then I would clip the action they are performing then make a UA ticket following said evidence and explain the reasoning for the evidence. After making the UA ticket I would wait until someone reaches out to me about the situation and provide all the evidence i know of about the situation. After giving out all the evidence i have i would then let the person who reached out to me about the situation deal with the person accordingly due to the person's actions that he/she performed.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:I would first pull my friend to sit and ask him why he is doing the actions he is doing. After he responds I would let him off with a warning and return him. After I return him I would look over him on my staff char and if I see him do it again or try to do the action then I will pull him to a sit and tell him that he is getting banned for RDM/MRDM and minging then I would carry on with my day.
