Steam Profile: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198140550452/ Yagi Burgur walked in front of me with an Uzi outside of warehouse 3, he aimed the gun at me and told me to put up my hands, I didn't hear him when he told me to follow him and got confused when he began to move, my friend Tito Carlucci walked out of the warehouse and pointed his gun at Yagi Burgur and fired when seeing him pointing the gun at me, at that point while Yagi was distracted, I drew my glock and began to fire as well, we failed to kill him and in the shootout were both killed, I followed NLR and did not come back afterwards.
 After a few minutes I was pulled into a sit by admin Yuh Boi, he told me immediately that I was "Being PK'd for breaking fearRP". during this, Yagi Burgur said I was "using discord" with no proof to back his claim. I was shown no evidence of what happened and admin Yuh Boi only relied on logs. I felt that Yuh Boi showed much bias during this sit, not giving me any time to defend myself and only listening to Yagi. 
I feel that I was done a dis-service and ask that I at least get a chance to defend myself. My character is deleted so all I ask is that I'm at least reimbursed my money.(edited)
