Reason for PK: fail mug

Why should you be unPK'd?: The moment I had realised the npc was there I had stop the mugging attempt I then pointed my gun at the man again to open the door because he wouldn't open it if there was no longer a mugging attempt and there was an npc there I dont see why I should be pked when I no longer had intent to mug him I only after seeing the npc I had the intent to leave but He wasnt allowing that and trapped me in there so I was forced to hold him at gunpoint to get out or i would have to shoot him and i cant shoot someone just for trapping me somewhere so the only way could have been trying to persuade him with my weapon I feel a pk wasn't very nescessary but a valid kill considering i couldnt do anything else in the situation

I was the admin who approved of the PK.

So as I stated before, I was responding to a ticket previously claimed by another staff member where they were unable to assist in the matter. The person who made the ticket was requesting your character, Tyrees "Nigrito" Jackson, to be PK'd. I reviewed the clip he got of the encounter and accepted the PK due to you dying after a fail mug. From what I had viewed you entered an area in which you had no escape plan and still initiated a mug while in front of an NPC. I had a hard time believing it was an accident due to the fact the NPC is not obstructed, nor difficult to see. The NPC was in a very open room. Regardless of that, after you saw the NPC and realized the situation you were in, you put your gun away and saw you had no way out, then took your gun back out and attempted to coax your intended victim to let you out of the building. The intended victim then took their gun out when they heard their property being raided and executed you, warranting your PK. Regardless of you seeing the mistake in initiating the mug in front of an NPC, you were still in that active RP scenario, took a gamble with that characters life and paid the price.
