Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): In my RP scene, i had kidnapped 2 men to rob them. I killed 1 man as the other had gotten away. This 2nd man found a police officer and was trying to get his help. I had gotten into my taxi and chased the man down to kill him. (clip starts here) When i showed up, i tried lying to the officer but the officer Moe Nuzz turned around and pulled out his revolver. I thought Officer Moe would try to kill me so i opened fire on the man i mugged, then the officer. It was my assumtion that he was running to cover and would shoot at me, so i shot first. The admin said that i was in "no immediate danger" so i shouldnt have killed him and the cadet he was working with, even though his gun was drawn and was in my direction. I think this ban is unjust.

Alright, this is what I interpreted from the sit down we had with all parties involved and from the clip that was provided.

You had a RP scenario with two individuals, you had kidnapped them and planned to do god knows what kinda RP with them, that's cool and encouraged. You kill one of the dudes you kidnapped for some reason and then proceed to find the second guy in a tunnel with some cops that look to be conducting some sort of traffic stop.

The point I made the call to call your incident RDM is because you started shooting an officer and a cadet that posed no immediate threat to you or your character's liberty. The Officer who pulled his weapons had approached a different individual who looked to be trying to steal the police vehicle, moving and facing away from you, while that officer chases the individual who could've been a car thief you begin shooting the white shirts and cadet in front of you, neither of the officers had attempted to restrain you, arrest you, kill you, or threaten you in any way. You could have taken that scenario in a completely different way, you chose to shoot when you saw the opportunity to do so and end the RP those officers had initiated with a taxi driver.
