Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was under the impression that you were allowed to defend your friends, but it appears I was wrong, and am in the wrong. According to Pitcher, you are allowed to follow people as long as it's on public property, which I didn't realize was the case. I just saw him pull out a gun and thought either he kills both of us, or we kill him. 

Why should you be unbanned?: It's not the time of the ban I really care about, as I was about to get off anyways, but it's more about getting it stricken from the record.

Yes, hello sorry for the late response as I was indisposed for a moment in time there. I'm glad you are clear with the rules, however you and your friend had been minging and instigating the fellow you RDMed. You ran up asked to fight he said no and you punched him he pulled his gun out and you beat him to death with a bat. You were upset that he was following you but it was on a sidewalk not on private property. You then tried to argue with me during the sit on what my decision should be and I was going to cut you a break until then because it seemed like a big misunderstanding. then you started arguing with me and telling me admins in the past had told you different. I took at my sources available to me at the time and made a decision. My decision was also swayed by your two previous PO's not helping your case. I made my decision out of my best knowledge and you obviously feel different about it and make an appeal so more props to you. I just want you to understand the rules and that there are consequences to your actions when you run around minging and punching people. Thank you.
