Reason for PK: Dying in a police shoot out

Why should you be unPK'd?: I believe i shouldn't be Pk'd because the fact that i didn't initially shoot at the cop and I only shot at the person who was killing my boss and when i ran behind the fence at pd i shot because i didn't see that the person who was trying to kill my boss was killed i didn't purposely shoot at anyone other than the man who was shooting at my boss and when i was shooting while running i was aiming for that man, but some how i did damage to a cop while running away. As soon as i got to the fence one of the cops shot my leg and when he ran up on me i put my gun away i didn't shoot again i just continued to walk away since my character was shot in the leg

Evening... you were pk'd due to seeing you 3-4 seconds after they guy you were trying to die shoot and damage an officer and then ran away when you had time to run away before starting to shoot. Checking logs it confirmed you did in fact shoot an officer and then die when they killed you. Below is the log where it shows that:
