Reason for PK: Fail Mug

Why should you be unPK'd?: The evidence and circumstances surrounding the PK was False and the sit was handled poorly. Reason 1 the video evidence of the situation provided by the man pursuing the PK did not show the full interaction. Thus not showing when the man went into his inventory and equipped a gun thus breaking FearRP as I had a friend placing him under FearRp from a roof with a M1A1 Carbine as well as me having a knife out. Reason 2 not only did I verbally Inform the man of the snipers presence the sniper also fired a warning shot thus guaranteeing that the man knew of the snipers involvement. Reason 3 the sit was handled extremely poorly Milkman (the admin who had taken the sit) went afk during the sit and isnt even high ranking enough to take a PK ticket I had joined a VC and Milkman and a member of UA were just ignoring my side of the story and never gave me a chance to state my case.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I Have None

In the clip, the sniper is not visible at all so it does not count as fearRP. I am a high enough rank to PK people and I told zoomer to take the ticket for me since I had to do something IRL. Gino claims that he equipped his spas12 before you took out your knife but, the logs are a little messed up for gino so it's currently impossible for us to check who equipped their weapon first. On top of all that, it was a Failmug and you died so that's PKable.

Hi, i was the staff member in question that did the PK on behalf of Milkman.

Few things to clarify:

- I did not ignore your side of the story. I told you that Milkman had already filed for the PK and i was just doing the deed.
- I also mentioned that you are free to appeal in the forums for the PK as it would be much more easier and orderly to deal with potential unjustified PKs.
- As always whenever i do my sits, i always ask players if they have any questions before i do the deed. You did not ask any questions whatsoever.
- I mentioned that you friend is unable to place the man under fearRP, as he has no full guarantee that he will hit his shots.
- During the video which the man in questioned screenshared to me, i dont know if you were present in the call or not to view the video, showed him already have his Spas-12 out before you pulled out your knife.
- Man in question is allowed to pull out his firearm in retaliation when you the closest and the one that possess the most danger put away your weapon.

This is atleast what i have seen with the video screenshared by the man in question. I wish you goodluck on the PK appeal.
