Reason for PK: infiltrating faction and them finding out

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: not sure if it was violated or not, but i just wanted to make sure the evidence they used against me was valid and not ooc, i was also afk during the pk (not sure if it matters) i was legit studying during it man. Overall just want to know if it is actual valid evidence used since my beef with the french was a lot of ooc shit.

The PK is being voided a person who played a major role in obtaining the evidence was in the faction on an alternate character. This means they cannot be corrupt for that faction. There cannot be a claim of the player not knowing it was for their faction as when they obtained the evidence, at that moment they found out what faction it was for. They should have stepped back and retracted themselves from the scenario and not to continue. Instead they failed to do so.

The player will be punished accordingly.
