Why should you be unbanned? 

In this situation I stopped on the road (Not break checking) a reasonable distance from the car so I could reverse and go to the docks because thats where I meant to go so then this car rolls up to my bumper and starts trying to push my car and then they start calling me dumb a retard and stupid then one man jumped out and started trying to punch me/ my car so I edge forwards and tell them to stop fearing that there were 4-5 people in said car I believed my life was in to much risk to retaliate and protect myself so once they left (From the WH next to Le Grande) I parked at Le Grande for a second and ran down to the ATM because I forgot cash for a processor and then people in the car then returned from what I believe was them seeing my car and possibly trying to get me so as they all ran into the Le Grande possibly assuming I was inside and then all ran out after I was not in there while. they were inside I got to cover and attempted to shoot the man that had punched me/ my car and only him because I thought the other people could not be shot according to the rules when I started shooting Moses came up to the roof called me stupid and a retard froze me before fully knowing the situation and then banned me within a minute or two at most. 

I believe I should be unbanned because I believe I was following the rule "a. If the user is attacked they may flee and return later to exact revenge on the assailants as described under killing rule 3." 
And additionally I believe that the Moses and the man punching me/my car violated the rules:

1) "Don't punch minge or initiate arguments to harass someone." 

2) "Do not intentionally minge your vehicle by targeting players or cars at random for ramming. This also includes running around parking lots damaging cars/tires for no reason other than to bait." 

3) "Do not bait someone to shoot/RDM/RDA you" You may not attack/start confrontations with people in order to kill them when they defend themselves. This is considered baiting.

4) You may not attack/start confrontations with people in order to kill them when they defend themselves. This is considered baiting.

5) Generally you shouldn't invite conflict then try to hide behind the rules when you're killed. This can also be considered baiting as described under killing rule 6. Intentionally instigating someone or goad them into breaking a rule.

6) Do not speak of in game matters in OOC

7) And staff abuse that could have easily ruined an RP situation such as I was pking the guy or anything like that because he used staff powers without knowing what was happening and could have easily called another staff that was online like any other person would.

After they stopped next to my car with the sole reason of pushing it with their car and punching my car probably trying to RDM bait me because they all had guns and knew they could kill me.


I also know for a fact that they were all in a discord call while doing this because when I came in to discord to get the forums link for my appeal I had the polish discord open and saw Moses and the men in his car in a discord call together so I believe they may have also been metagaming while playing/ searching for me in the discord call as they would have almost certainly been talking about what was happening in game where I could not hear them to give them an advantage

If I have misinterpreted the rules I believed I was following that's my bad but I don't think I did and if I did they should probably be changed to be more accurate/ clear

After I was banned I joined the call they were in to confirm that Moses was the guy that was in the situation and they started calling me a stupid retard dumb and a pussy and an idiot followed by "I am trusted and not bias that why I get to ban you for shooting at us" which I think the first statements would show something other than an unbiased man so he should have passed the ticket to another member of staff online such as Azoro at the time to ensure the situation was free from bias and could be handled correctly.

Them punch minging me for parking on the road and trying to push my car and also the clip I believe they were talking about what to do in discord (because they all stopped talking out of no where while also being in the polish VC: https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/...YwMjc5NTcs (I told them I wanted to reverse and go to docks but it is not within my clip time)

1) It wasn't punch minge, he was hitting your car because you stopped in the middle of the street, blocking our path.
2) I slowly hit your car because you, in your infinite wisdom, stopped in the middle of the road.

6) You were frozen and spoken to on my RP character because I saw you RDMing on my RP character! I prevented you from causing more of an issue, then swapped to my staff character to issue the ban.

7) Staff abuse? Gosh golly... Zoo wee mama even... I knew for a fact you were not initiating a PK, the only other staff member was on and it was Rayve, who was also in the VC with us... Not like it'd matter, you already killed the guy.

On the unnumbered points of metagame, very cool. We were in the VC talking about songs, and dupes. Rayve can attest to this because we were in that VC for nearly an hour before we encountered you. Never did we once even try to chase you, so your entire point of 'Erm... They were using VC to metagame and chase me!' We didn't care about you after we drove off, not a single bit. Not to mention we were all in the same car together, so we physically couldn't have used any information all 5 of us wouldn't already have.

In regards to when you joined the VC, not sorry for calling you a retard. Never called you a pussy, just 'Moron', 'Retard', and 'Idiot' iirc. Anyways, what I said was "I am trusted to not be biased during sits, that's why I am a staff member, I'm meant to be trusted to not break the rules myself". I didn't say "Hueueue, I am staff and trusted! I can do whatever I want!!!!". No.

None of that happened how you explained it, you shot at a group of 5 people because somebody punched your car 5 minutes prior for stopping in the middle of the road. Was not at all minging, plus you didn't even get injured by the punches.

Less then 5 minutes and I thought you guys only came to there to get me because you saw my car there and I clearly only targeted the punch minge because the rest had not initiated any reasonable amount of aggression for me to engage them and I did not want to engage them as they may not have been fully with the punch minge so I did not want to risk harming someone who was just in the wrong place at the wrong time such as doc who was the guy at the end of my clip and I know he is a good guy and wouldn't be trying to mess with me. Doc actually agreed that what happened was stupid in DMs when I messaged him after my ban so even some of the people you were riding with think it was valid

Your car was punched, and we left the scene slowly. We went our separate ways after a verbal altercation. You tried to defend your actions with a rule that applies when you are being actually attacked - Not meant for you to use to kill somebody after the fact because they hit your car.

From my point of view the situation had not ended because I thought you guys came to get me because you see my car parked at le grande you all pull up jump out and run into the le grande you walk around which I take to be you searching for me as I can see literally no reason other than to kill me/ fear rp me to pull up to le grande search the bottom floor (For like 30 seconds or less) without enough time to have gone to a room or gambled and then run straight back out after seeing my car parked outside.

 Also if I have misunderstood the rules that's my bad and I'm sorry but that's what genuinely I believed them to be and you can see why I would misinterpret them surely so I had no malicious intent to cause any unjust harm.
