Why should you be unbanned?: I believe the rules have changed since i last played and I assumed that they were relatively the same (which is my fault, I should have read up on the rules again.) The event occurred when my friend and I had a gun pointed in our face outside of apartment buildings for pretty much no reason. I walk off and grab my gun to come back since I didn't have it on me at the time and killed the guy since I didn't know if he'd come and find me later to kill me or not. Given the circumstances of the situation I feel as if most criminals would put an end to potential rivalries before they start rather than walking around paranoid not knowing when someone would be looking to put an end to their life. The second person I killed was simply crossfire and I apologized for the accident, but the admin disregarded the fact. He then proceeded to bring up all of my past offenses (several years old, from where I was much younger) and use them as leverage in the report. The second guy that died lost nothing I'm assuming and reported for no reason other than simply dying (although he shouldn't have died, it was a mistake). And I believe the killing rule three should be altered, since it allows people to carelessly wave guns around as threats without thinking of the repercussions, when in reality nobody (especially members of an ORGANIZED crime organization) would be so reckless in doing so.

You were banned for as you now know, it is unacceptable to leave an RP situation where you were allegedly threatened to return with a firearm and execute two people. The length of your ban is because you literally just got un perm banned, so it is crazy to me that with getting a second chance into the community you wouldn't even take a few minutes to read through the rules especially considering how extensive your history on the server is. The rules never went through that big of an overhaul, only small changes here and there. This is something that was never allowed.

Hi, do you have a full clip of the situation you're describing? Because from what I see in the video, there was a verbal argument that occured at the apartments, and you pulled out a gun and shot one guy, and then shot the second guy who was in fact not a crossfire incident. You had to turn and shoot him. It looked intentional.

I didn't grab a clip of the encounter that happened prior because I was unaware that a situation like this might've occurred. I was playing with my friends for several hours without getting in trouble and was enjoying myself on the server, I didn't have any ill intentions. If the ban can't be appealed then I'd at least like to request a reduction as I feel like a ban that's over a week is pretty extreme for the case at hand, especially over such a minor offense. I also think it's unfair that bans and warnings from the time that I was a lot younger are still being used against me, with most of them being from 2020-2021.
