What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * My motivation for applying for staff is how many people get on late at night just to mess with people. A lot of them get banned, but we have to beg the staff members to get on. Lot's of other reasons is that I have been hearing staff have been pretty biased towards their faction (I don't know which factions, but I have been hearing about it), and I would like to help against that. I do think the staff members get a lot of heat for not making the right decisions, and I would like to relieve them of that and possibly help them with that sit since I am very experienced in staffing.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I should be considered over other candidates because of my experience in staffing and my experience in the MafiaRP community. I know a year isn't that long, as I know people that have been here since Mobsters Paradise, but I think my in-game time says something about my experience. I also take staffing very seriously, showing no bias once so ever. Also, many of the other candidates have bans or multiple warnings on their record, while I only have 5-6 warnings and 0 bans over the year I have been playing. Maturity is also a big factor, because people that are immature either off-duty or on-duty won't take the staff member serious and will just shove them off.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): No
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Ram banned me a while back
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I am well-known in this community because of the connections I have made with other factions. Such as Cartels, Bratvas, Crime Families, and many more. Also, It doesn't help when my nickname is Flamingo and I wear a pink polo shirt and drive a pink Honda S2000. A lot of people hate me, and I don't understand why because I think I am friendly and nice, but a lot of people also like me as a friend or a trade partner. At the end, I don't really care if people know me, as long as people can trust me as a trade partner or as a Staff Member, it's fine.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Make a Staff Report on the Forums.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I will tell them in discord to leave or get banned for the following reason.
