NPC should let you see the options before you pay him. Spent 50k to realize the model I wanted isn't available, ended up picking the same model I had to get out of the menu. Spent 50k to look no different.

An alternative would just be a cancel button after you open up whatever plastic surgery UI shows up.

Additionally I'll suggest, that cosmetic surgery should allow players to see what modifications and attachments you can put with the new face.

I can't believe it's not an option from the char creation already...
